Per our Code of Ethics we cannot provide our Service & Repair program regarding any property on which we have completed a Home Inspection Report. However, our Service & Repair program is available to any property owner where another Home Inspection company has recently completed a Home Inspection Report.
Generally we can address and fix 80% to 90% of deficiencies highlighted in your Home Inspection Report and then recommend several qualified Journeyman to address and fix any issues requiring site specific permits.
Often Homeowners looking to sell their property or prospective Buyers of a property want to get a handle on and have minor repairs quoted and then have the repairs completed by a qualified and experienced service tradesman vs hiring several trades over several months.
